12-4804.   Collection and disposition of taxes; verification of needs tocity or county treasurer.The tax levy referred to in K.S.A. 12-4801 shall be made at the sametime that other city or county taxes are levied and shall be certified andcollected in the same manner and remain in the hands of the city or countytreasurer and be paid by said city or county treasurer to the dulyauthorized treasurer or other officer or officers of the association orcorporation maintaining said child care center or other facility from monthto month as needs may require, upon written application by such officer orofficers, which application shall contain a statement of the amount neededand shall be duly verified.
