12-4805.   Filing budget with clerk; approval of governing body.At least sixty (60) days prior to the date provided by law forcertifying city or county taxes to the county clerk, the duly authorizedboard of trustees, board of supervisors or board of directors of any suchchild care center, having executive charge thereof, shall each year filewith the clerk a sworn budget setting forth as nearly as may be the amountrequired to maintain the said child care center for the ensuing tax year.Said budget shall be subject to the approval of the governing body, andwhen so approved by them, the said governing body shall thereupon fix theamount of said levy.
