12-4807.   Contracts with eligible private institutions not prohibited. Nothing in this act shall prohibit the governing body of any city orcounty levying a tax, as authorized under K.S.A. 12-4801, from contractingwith any private person, firm, association of persons or corporation withinsuch county or city to provide such services as would make such institutioneligible to receive funds under the provisions of this act.
