12-4901.   Homes for aged; definitions.As used in this act: (a) "City" means any incorporated city in the stateof Kansas;

      (b)   "home for the aged" means a building or buildings and theappurtenances to be used as a home for aged persons, and such other personsas the governing body of the city shall direct and shall include adult carehomes;

      (c)   "adult care home" shall have the meaning ascribed thereto underK.S.A. 39-923 and amendments thereto;

      (d)   "person" means an individual, corporation, association,partnership or any organization.
