12-4906.   Tax levy for maintenance and repair of home.The governing body of any city which has established or acquired a homefor the aged under the authority of this act is hereby authorized to makean annual tax levy for the maintenance and repair of the homeand to pay a portion of the principal and interest on bonds issued by suchcity under the authority of K.S.A. 12-1774, and amendments thereto.
