12-4906. Tax levy for maintenance and repair of home.
The governing body of any city which has established or acquired a home
for the aged under the authority of this act is hereby authorized to make
an annual tax levy for the maintenance and repair of the home
and to pay a portion of the principal and interest on bonds issued by such
city under the authority of K.S.A. 12-1774, and amendments thereto.
