12-4908.   Same; exercise of eminent domain.If the governing body of the city and the owners of any property desiredfor the purpose of a home for the aged cannot agree as to the price to bepaid therefor, or if the owner or owners of the property refuse to sell theproperty, the governing body is authorized to exercise the right of eminentdomain in the manner provided by K.S.A. 26-501 to 26-516.
