12-4910.   Same; acceptance of grants and donations; use.The governing body of the city is hereby authorized to receive grants offederal funds and any person desiring to make donations of money, personalproperty or real estate for the benefit of such home for the aged shallhave the right to vest, and the governing body of the city is authorized toaccept, title to the money or real estate so donated and the same shall becontrolled when accepted by the governing body according to the terms ofthe deed, gift, devise or bequest of such property or funds: Provided,That such donations of money, personal property or real estate may be usedfor the purpose of the acquisition of a site, the construction andequipping of such home for the aged or the repair or remodeling of suchhome for the aged, if not inconsistent with the terms of the deed, gift,devise or bequest of such property or funds, and the same may be used inaddition to the maximum amount which may be raised for such purpose by theissuance of revenue bonds.
