12-510.   Limitation of boundaries after exclusion of land.Whenever the board of county commissioners shall by order exclude anyterritory from any city, town, or village, they shall order that theboundaries of such city, town or village be changed to conform to theterritory remaining in such city, town or village after such exclusion, andthe county clerk shall certify a copy of the order in full to the governingbody of such city, town or village, who shall thereupon by proper ordinancerecord the change.
