12-528.   Same; bonds; limitations; use of other funds.If deemed necessary, the city is hereby authorized to issue generalobligation or revenue bonds of the city without an election for approvalthereof, and may use water utility funds as are available for the purposeof making any payments authorized herein. Bonds issued under authority ofthis section shall not be subject to any limitation on the aggregate amountof bonds authorized to be issued by the city for any purpose nor shallbonds issued hereunder be subject to any such limitation.
