12-5234.   Severability.The provisions of this act are severable and if any of its provisions,or any sentence, clause or paragraph, or the application thereof to anyperson or circumstance shall be held unconstitutional or invalid by anycourt of competent jurisdiction, the decision of such court shall not affector impair any of the remaining provisions or the application thereof topersons or circumstances other than those as to which the same is held invalid.
