12-5256.   Same; disposition of moneys; state housingtrust fund.(a) All expenditures from the state housing trust fund made for the purposes ofK.S.A. 2009 Supp.12-5253 through 12-5255, and amendments thereto, shall be made in accordancewithappropriation acts upon warrants of the director of accounts and reports issuedpursuant tovouchers approved by the president of the Kansas housing resources corporation.

      (b)   On the effective date of this act and on July 1, 2008, July 1,2011, July 1, 2012, July1, 2013, and July 1, 2014, the director of accounts and reports shall transfer$4,000,000 from thestate general fund to the state housing trust fund established by K.S.A. 2009Supp. 74-8959, andamendments thereto. On July 1, 2009, the director ofaccounts and reports shalltransfer $2,000,000 from the economic developmentinitiatives fund to the statehousing trust fund established by K.S.A. 2009 Supp. 74-8959, and amendmentsthereto. On July1, 2010, the director of accounts and reports shall transfer $2,000,000 fromthe state general fundto the state housing trust fund established by K.S.A. 2009 Supp. 74-8959, andamendmentsthereto.
