12-5258.   Same; supplemental to rural housingincentive district act; expiration of act.(a) The provisions ofK.S.A. 2009 Supp.12-5252 through 12-5258 are hereby madeapart of and supplemental to the Kansas rural housing incentive district act.

      (b)   The provisions ofK.S.A. 2009 Supp.12-5253 through 12-5258, andamendments thereto, shallexpire on and after July 1, 2015.
