Article 52.--LOCAL RESIDENTIAL HOUSING

     
12-5258.   Same; supplemental to rural housing
incentive district act; expiration of act.
(a) The provisions of
K.S.A. 2009 Supp.
12-5252 through 12-5258 are hereby made
a
part of and supplemental to the Kansas rural housing incentive district act.

     
(b)   The provisions of
K.S.A. 2009 Supp.
12-5253 through 12-5258, and
amendments thereto, shall
expire on and after July 1, 2015.
