Article 53.--EMERGENCY TELEPHONE SERVICES

     
12-5308.   Emergency telephone service; immunity from liability.
A public agency or a wireless carrier shall not be liable for
any form of damages resulting directly or indirectly from the total or partial
failure of any transmission to an emergency telephone service.
