Article 53.--EMERGENCY TELEPHONE SERVICES

     
12-5327.   Use of grant fund moneys; intended use
plan.
After providing for public comment and review each year, the
secretary, in
conjunction with the advisory board, shall prepare a plan identifying the
intended uses of the moneys
available in the fund. The intended use plan shall include, but not be limited
to:

     
(a)   The wireless enhanced 911 project priority list;

     
(b)   a description of the short-term and long-term goals and objectives of the
fund for the
deployment of wireless enhanced 911;

     
(c)   provisions addressing the needs of persons with communication
disabilities;

     
(d)   information on the projects to be financed, including a description
thereof, the terms of
grants to be provided and the municipalities receiving the grants; and

     
(e)   the criteria and method established for the provision of grants to be
made from the fund.
