12-5327.   Use of grant fund moneys; intended useplan.After providing for public comment and review each year, thesecretary, inconjunction with the advisory board, shall prepare a plan identifying theintended uses of the moneysavailable in the fund. The intended use plan shall include, but not be limitedto:

      (a)   The wireless enhanced 911 project priority list;

      (b)   a description of the short-term and long-term goals and objectives of thefund for thedeployment of wireless enhanced 911;

      (c)   provisions addressing the needs of persons with communicationdisabilities;

      (d)   information on the projects to be financed, including a descriptionthereof, the terms ofgrants to be provided and the municipalities receiving the grants; and

      (e)   the criteria and method established for the provision of grants to bemade from the fund.
