12-5329.   Annual report by secretary.The secretary shall prepare an annual report describing howthe state has metthe goals and objectives for the previous year as identified in the intendeduse plan prepared underK.S.A. 2009 Supp.12-5327, and amendments thereto.Such report shall include information concerning the progress towardimplementation of federal phase II enhanced 911 requirements pursuant to 47C.F.R. 20.18.The secretary shall provide such report tothe governor and thelegislature.
