12-5332.   Audits, wireless carriers.In 2006, the secretary shall require, andthereafter may require, an audit ofany wireless carrier'sbooksand recordsconcerning the collection and remittance of fees pursuantto this act.Any such audit shall be conducted at the expense of the secretary.Informationprovided bywireless carriers to the secretary or the advisory boardpursuant to the wireless enhanced 911 actwill be treated asproprietary records which will be withheld from the public upon request of theparty submitting suchrecords.
