12-5352.   VoIP enhanced 911 act; citation;severability.(a)K.S.A. 2009 Supp.12-5352 through 12-5361, and amendments thereto,may be cited as the VoIP enhanced 911 act.

      (b)   If any provisions of this act or its application to any person orcircumstances is held invalid, the invalidity does not affect other provisionsor applications of the act that can be given effect without the invalidprovisions or application. To this end the provisions of this act areseverable.
