Article 53.--EMERGENCY TELEPHONE SERVICES

     
12-5352.   VoIP enhanced 911 act; citation;
severability.
(a)
K.S.A. 2009 Supp.
12-5352 through 12-5361, and amendments thereto,
may be cited as the VoIP enhanced 911 act.

     
(b)   If any provisions of this act or its application to any person or
circumstances is held invalid, the invalidity does not affect other provisions
or applications of the act that can be given effect without the invalid
provisions or application. To this end the provisions of this act are
severable.
