12-5358.   Audits, VoIP providers.In 2008, the secretary shall require, and thereafter mayrequire, an audit of any VoIP provider's books and records concerningthe collection and remittance of fees pursuant to this act. Any such auditshall be conducted at the expense of the secretary. Information providedby VoIP providers to the secretary or the advisory board pursuant to this actor thewireless enhanced 911 act will be treated as proprietary records whichwill be withheld from the public upon request of the party submittingsuch records.
