12-5505.   Same; service fee, payment of; taxes, fees, charges, special assessments.For the payment of a service fee or other monetaryobligation under an existing service agreement or in anticipation of needunder a future service agreement, the municipality maylevy property taxes, impose fees and charges, levy specialassessments, exercise any other revenue producing authority granted toit by law and apply public funds thereforin the same manner, andsubject to the same conditions and limitations,that would apply if the related facilities necessary to provide the publicservice were acquired,constructed, owned and operated exclusively by the municipality.
