12-5508.   Same; contractor's exclusive right to provide service.The municipality may agree that the sole and exclusiveright to provide the capital intensive public service within itsjurisdiction be assumed by the private contractor under the serviceagreement in the same manner and subject to the same limitations andconditions that would apply if the capital intensive public service andrelated facilities were acquired, constructed, owned and operatedexclusively by the municipality.
