12-5510.   Same; this act not exclusive authority for privatization.The provisions and authority provided by this act shall bein addition to and supplemental to any other authority conferred by law orthe constitution of the state of Kansas, and nothing herein shall beconstrued as requiring a municipality to conform to its provisions unlessthe governing body thereof elects to provide for the privatization of apublic service in conformance with this act.
