Chapter 12.--CITIES AND MUNICIPALITIES

Article 56.--TOPEKA/SHAWNEE COUNTY RIVERFRONT AUTHORITY

     
12-5604.   Suits; seal.
The authority may sue and be sued in its corporate name but
execution shall not
in any case issue against any property of the authority. The authority may
adopt a common
seal and change the same at pleasure.
