12-5608.   Application for and acceptance ofgrants.The authority shall have power to apply for and accept grantsfrom thefederalor state government or any local government, or any agency thereof, or fromany other public or private entity,to be used for any of thepurposes of the authority and to enter into any agreement with the federalor state government or any local government, or any agency thereof, or anyother public or private entity,in relation to such grants; provided that such agreement does notconflict with any of the provisions of any trust agreement securing the paymentof bonds or certificates of the authority.
