12-5618.   Application of Kansas tort claimsact.The authority is a municipality as defined by the Kansas tortclaimsact, K.S.A. 75-6101 et seq., and amendments thereto, and entitled to availitself of theprotectionstherein. No civil actionshall be commenced in any court against the authority by any person for anyinjuryto such person unless it is commenced within two years after the date thattheinjury was received or the cause of action accrued.
