12-5708.   Application for and acceptance ofgrants.The authority shall have power to apply for and accept grantsfrom the federal or state government or any local government, or anyagency thereof, or from any other public or private entity, to be used forany of the purposes of the authority and to enter into any agreement withthe federal or state government or any local government, or any agencythereof, or any other public or private entity, in relation to such grants;provided that such agreement does not conflict with any of the provisionsof any trust agreement securing the payment of bonds or certificates ofthe authority.
