12-5710.   Insurance.The authority shall have power to procure and enter intocontracts for any type of insurance and indemnity against loss or damageto property from any cause, including loss of use and occupancy, againstdeath or injury of any person, against employers' liability, against any actof any member, officer or employee of the board or of the authority inthe performance of the duties of his or her office or employment or anyother insurable risk.
