12-5718.   Application of Kansas tort claimsact.The authority is a municipality as defined by the Kansas tortclaims act, K.S.A. 75-6101 et seq., and amendments thereto, and entitledto avail itself of the protections therein. No civil action shall be commencedin any court against the authority by any person for any injury tosuch person unless it is commenced within two years after the date thatthe injury was received or the cause of action accrued.
