12-5801.   DeSoto/Johnson county riverfront authorityact; citation; severability.(a) This act shall be known and may be cited as the DeSoto/Johnson countyriverfront authority act.

      (b)   If any provision of this act is held invalid, such provision shall bedeemed to be excisedfrom this act and the invalidity thereof shall not affect any of the otherprovisions of this act. If theapplication of any provision of this act to any person or circumstance is heldinvalid, it shall notaffect the application of such provisions to persons or circumstances otherthan those as to which itis invalid.
