12-5803. Same; authority created; purpose.
There is hereby created the
DeSoto/Johnson county riverfront authority. The purpose of the authority is to
promote the general
welfare and encourage private capital investment by fostering the creation of
recreational, retail,
entertainment, economic development and housing within the riverfront.
