12-5808.   Same; application for and acceptance ofgrants.The authorityshall have power to apply for and accept grants from the federal or stategovernment or any local government, or any agency thereof, or from any otherpublic or privateentity, to be used for any of the purposes of the authority and to enter intoany agreement with thefederal or state government or any local government, or any agency thereof, orany other public orprivate entity, in relation to such grants; provided that such agreement doesnot conflict with any ofthe provisions of any trust agreement securing the payment of bonds orcertificates of the authority.
