12-5810.   Same; insurance.The authority shall have power to procure and enter intocontracts for any type ofinsurance and indemnity against loss or damage to property from any cause,including loss of useand occupancy, against death or injury of any person, against employers'liability, against any act ofany member, officer or employee of the board or of the authority in theperformance of the dutiesof office or employment or any other insurable risk.
