12-5817.   Same; special funds.Theauthority pursuant to resolutions adopted from time to time by the board mayestablish and create such other and additional special funds as may be founddesirable by the boardand in and by such ordinances may provide for payments into all special fundsfrom specifiedsources with such preferences and priorities as may be deemed advisable and mayalso by any suchresolution provide for the custody, disbursement and application of any moneysin any such specialfunds consistent with the provisions of this act.
