12-5818.   Same; application of Kansas tort claimsact.The authority is a municipality as defined by the Kansas tort claims act,K.S.A. 75-6101 et seq., and amendments thereto, and entitled to avail itself ofthe protections therein. Nocivil action shall be commenced in any court against the authority by anyperson for any injury tosuch person unless it is commenced within two years after the date that theinjury was received orthe cause of action accrued.
