Chapter 12.--CITIES AND MUNICIPALITIES
Article 59.--CITY LAND BANKS

      12-5901.   City land banks; definitions.As used inthis act:

      (a)   "City" means any city.

      (b)   "Board" means the board of trustees of the city land bank.

      (c)   "Bank" means the city land bank established pursuant to thisact.

      (d)   "Governing body" means the governing body of the city.

      (e)   "Municipality" means any city, county or other political or taxingsubdivision which has the power to levy special assessments.
