Article 6a.--GENERAL IMPROVEMENT AND ASSESSMENT LAW

     
12-6a03.   Same; combining improvements.
Any improvements, on or adjacent to two or more streets, or two or more
types of improvements in, on or adjacent to the same street or streets may
be included in one proceeding and constructed and financed as one
improvement.
