Chapter 12.--CITIES AND MUNICIPALITIES

Article 6a.--GENERAL IMPROVEMENT AND ASSESSMENT LAW

     
12-6a11.   Same; limitation on action to set aside assessments.
No suit to set aside the said assessments or otherwise question the
validity of the proceedings shall be brought after the expiration of thirty
(30) days from the publication of the ordinance fixing said assessments.
