12-615.   Resurfacing and repair of paved streets; bonds; tax levy.The bonds herein provided for shall not be issued in an amount in excessof the cost of such work or improvements. Each bondshall specify the date of its separate maturity and shall be inthe denominations determined by the authority issuing the same. The governingbody shall annually levy a general tax on all the property in the city topay the interest and installments on such bonds.
