12-631i.   Same; sewage disposal system defined; use of revenue.For the purpose of this act, sewage disposal system shall consist of allmeans by which sewage is transported, treated and disposed of and shall notinclude drainage or storm sewers or drains: Provided, That forconstruction and reconstruction purposes revenue derived under this actshall not be used for sewers, either lateral or main or intercepting, thecost of which is provided by law to be paid by special assessment.
