12-640.   Same; objection to appraiser's report; notice and hearing.At the next meeting, regular or special, of the governing body of saidcity, after the filing of the report of said appraisers, said governingbody shall fix a time and place for the hearing of all objections to thereport of said appraisers. Said governing body shall give notice thereof bycausing a publication to be published once in the official city paper atleast ten days before the date set for said hearing.
