12-646.   Same; bond limitationsinapplicable, when.Bonds issued under the provisions of this act shall not be included in fixingthe limit of bonded indebtedness of cities of the second class. Bonds issuedunder the provisions of this act shall not be included in fixing the limitof bonded indebtedness of cities of the third class if the question of theissuance of such bonds has been submitted to and approved by a majorityof the qualified electors of such city voting thereon at an election noticed,called and held in the manner provided in K.S.A. 10-120.
