12-689.   Same; costs; how paid.All costs of improvements or reimprovements authorized under theprovisions of this act, including acquisition of right-of-way, engineeringcosts, and all other costs properly attributable to such projects shall bepaid by the city at large from the general improvement fund, generalrevenue fund, internal improvement fund, or any other fund or fundsavailable for such purposes, or by the issuance of general improvementsbonds.
