12-715c.   Same; procedure for adoption, amendment and enforcement ofregulations.This act is supplemental to the authority granted by K.S.A. 12-707, andamendments thereto,and any city empowered by this act to adopt zoning regulations for thearea outside the city shall plan, adopt,amend, enforce and review zoning regulations in conformity with theprovisions of article 7 of chapter 12 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated,and amendments thereto, insofar as suchprovisions can be made applicable.
