12-715c. Same; procedure for adoption, amendment and enforcement of
regulations.
This act is supplemental to the authority granted by K.S.A. 12-707, and
amendments thereto,
and any city empowered by this act to adopt zoning regulations for the
area outside the city shall plan, adopt,
amend, enforce and review zoning regulations in conformity with the
provisions of article 7 of chapter 12 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated,
and amendments thereto, insofar as such
provisions can be made applicable.
