12-715d.   Same; city regulations and authority terminate upon adoptionof regulations by county.This act is supplemental to the provisions of the laws of this statewhich authorize counties to adopt zoning regulations for all or any part ofthe land located within the county and outside of any incorporated city,which laws are specifically K.S.A. 19-2901 to 19-2937, inclusive, andamendments thereto. All city zoning regulations and the authority ofany city to adopt zoning regulations for land located outside the city shallcease and terminate as toany tracts of landlying within such area on the date thecounty places in effect zoning regulations governing thesame tracts of land which are inreasonable conformance with a comprehensive plan and have been adopted inconformity with the appropriate statutes set forth in this section.
