12-768.   Same; flood plain requirements; county building codes.The board of county commissioners of any county located in anarea designated as a flood plain shall not authorize, pursuant to its buildingcodes, the construction, reconstruction or renovation of any building, facilityor structure which does not comply with the minimum requirements of thenational flood insurance act of 1968, as amended, (42 U.S.C. §4001 etseq.)or any rules and regulations adopted pursuant thereto.
