12-806.   Sale of light, heat and power to outlying districts.Subject to the provisions of K.S.A. 66-104 and 66-131, and amendmentsthereto, all cities of the state owning their own electric-light, heat orpower plant are hereby authorized and empowered to furnish electric light,heat or power to districts lying outside of the limits of such cities, andcharge for such service such rates as may be provided by ordinance.
