12-825.   Technical service and advice from state commission.Cities may, upon proper application to the secretary of the corporationcommission of the state, obtain the technical services and advice,pertaining to any public utility operated within said city whether the samebe publicly or privately owned, of any expert or other employee of saidcommission. The city obtaining such service or advice shall pay to saidcommission the actual expenses necessarily incurred by it in supplying saidservices or advice.
