12-825b.   Same; certification by payees; false pretenses.The payees of such checks shall certify thereupon over their signaturesthat such services were rendered, supplies furnished, or refunds received,as the case may be, and any false certification on such checks shall bedeemed obtaining money under false pretenses and punished as provided bylaw.
