12-825f.   Crediting certain utility revenue to light fund.Any city receiving periodically revenue from any electric public utilityas compensation or consideration in whole or in part for the franchisegranted by such city to such utility pursuant to the terms thereof maycredit all or any part of such revenue to the street light fund of suchcity.
