Chapter 12.--CITIES AND MUNICIPALITIES

Article 8.--PUBLIC UTILITIES

     
12-854.   Same; penalty for violating 12-853.
Any person or persons violating K.S.A. 12-853, upon conviction, shall be
deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined in sum not exceeding five
hundred dollars.
