12-858.   Same; revenues.Upon the establishment of the water and sewage system the currentoperating funds of or budgeted for the two systems shall be transferred toa "water and sewage fund" and thereafter all revenue collected for suchwater and sewage system shall be credited to such fund for the use of suchwater and sewage system.
